MONO/SINGLE CRYSTALLINE CVD diamond, high quality, uniform color, no impurities, no cracks, uniform stress. Oritention both 100 or 110 are available, we also provide CVD diamond with the shape  size according to customer's requirement. 

 

Available size:- 3x3 mm to 8 X 8 mm,9x9mm,10x10mm, 12x12mm, 15x15mm

Thickness:- 0.3mm to 3mm
Surface finishing: No polishing or single surface polished or top and bottom surfaces finished
