This product features an arc-corner crown profile combined with PDC cutting teeth, and can be matched with a Diamond Reaming Shell to meet extended drilling construction needs. It is widely used in projects such as cross-layer drilling in coal mines and hydrogeological drilling. Standard specifications include various diameters such as 94mm, 133mm, and 165mm. It features five blades, five drainage holes, and a 2 3/8"–6 5/8" threaded connection.

The five-wing structure significantly enhances drilling stability and reduces the risk of wellbore deviation, making it particularly suitable for directional drilling. The curved crown ensures uniform wear of the cutting teeth, extending the service life of the Diamond Enhanced Bit. The cutting teeth are arranged in a layered and staggered manner, forming multiple trajectories for rock breaking, which increases rock-breaking efficiency by 33%–100%, embodying the core advantage of the Fast Drilling Bit. The powerful hydraulic system, combined with a large-diameter drainage hole, ensures timely discharge of rock debris, highlighting the anti-clogging performance of the Anti-Blocking Bit. In hard rock formations with f=8–12, the mechanical drilling speed can reach 25m/h, which reflects the outstanding penetration efficiency of the High Penetration Rate Bit, and the service life is 3–4 times that of ordinary drill bits.
